Terms of Service.

These terms are an agreement between you (and the agency you sign up for) and ClickPost for the use of clickpost.biz and the ClickPost app. By creating an account or using ClickPost you accept them. If you sign up for an agency, you confirm you may accept them on its behalf.
The service
ClickPost watches the folders you connect, writes captions for new videos with AI, and publishes or schedules them on the social media accounts your clients connect. Features, limits and supported platforms can change over time; we will tell you about significant changes.
Your account
- Give accurate details and keep your password safe. You are responsible for what happens under your account and your workspace.
- The workspace owner controls who is invited and their roles.
- You must be at least 18 and using ClickPost for business.
Your content and your clients
- You keep all rights to your videos, captions and other content. You give ClickPost permission to process, copy and send it only as needed to run the service (for example, to the caption AI and to the platforms you post to).
- You confirm you have the rights and your clients' permission to post the content and to connect their accounts.
- AI-written captions can contain mistakes. You are responsible for what is published; use test mode and review captions when needed.
- You must follow the rules of every platform you post to (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn, X, Threads) and all applicable laws.
Acceptable use
Don't use ClickPost to post illegal, infringing, hateful, misleading or harmful content, to send spam, to access accounts you aren't authorised to use, or to try to break, overload or reverse-engineer the service. We may suspend workspaces that do.
Trial, plans and payment
- New workspaces get a free trial. After it ends, a paid plan is needed to keep posting.
- Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly or yearly, in Indian Rupees plus applicable GST, through our payment provider. Plans renew automatically until cancelled.
- You can cancel any time; the plan stays active until the end of the period already paid. Payments are not refunded for partial periods unless required by law.
- If a payment fails, posting may pause after a short grace period. Your data is not deleted because of a failed payment.
- We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice before your next renewal.
Third-party services
ClickPost relies on services such as the social media platforms, storage providers, Google Gemini and our posting provider. Their availability and rules are outside our control; if one of them changes or stops working, the related part of ClickPost may be affected.
Availability
We work to keep ClickPost running around the clock and to retry posts that fail for temporary reasons, but we can't promise it will always be uninterrupted or error-free.
Ending your use
You can stop using ClickPost and ask us to delete your workspace at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or leave bills unpaid. After closure, your data is deleted as described in the Privacy Policy.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, ClickPost is provided "as is", and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, or content published by you. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the courts of India.
Changes
We may update these terms. If a change is significant, we will tell account owners before it takes effect; continuing to use ClickPost after that means you accept the new terms.
