Do my clients have to give us their passwords?
No. Each client gets a link with your agency's name and logo. They tap Connect and log in on Instagram, Google or Facebook's own page. ClickPost and your team never see a password, and they can remove access any time.
Is it safe for my clients' accounts?
Yes. ClickPost only posts through each platform's official API (Meta for Instagram, Facebook and Threads, Google's YouTube Data API, TikTok's Content Posting API, and LinkedIn's and X's own APIs). Clients grant access on the platform's own login page, nobody shares a password, nothing logs in as a person, and access can be removed any time from the platform's settings.
Will my videos get more views with ClickPost?
That's what it's built for. Every post goes out as a platform-ready file (HDR and 10-bit exports converted, fast-start MP4), with captions written for search and AI search, the right hashtags, an optional first comment and on-time posting. Those are the things that quietly cost reach when posting by hand. The video itself still matters most; ClickPost makes sure nothing about the posting holds it back.
Will posting through a tool hurt reach?
No. Posts made through the official APIs are normal posts on the account. What holds reach back is re-uploaded copies, other apps' watermarks, badly encoded files, weak captions and gaps in posting, and ClickPost takes care of all of them.
Our clients only give our email access on YouTube. Does that work?
Yes. Whoever manages the channel (your team's Google account with access to it) can log in on the connect page and pick that channel.
How does it know when to post?
From the file name: "reel 28 oct 7-10 pm.mp4" goes out on 28 October at 7:10 PM in the client's timezone. Without a date or time it posts right away.
Which languages can the captions be in?
Hinglish, Hindi, English, Punjabi and more. You set the language, tone, fixed hashtags and call-to-action per client, and can add a note next to any video.
What if a post fails?
You get an alert with the reason. If an account was disconnected, the video waits and posts to that platform by itself after reconnecting. Other problems move the video to a Failed folder with a note; fix it and press Try again.
Do I need my own API keys?
No. Captions, file optimization and posting are all included in your plan.
Can I try it without anything getting posted?
Yes. Every new account starts in test mode: captions are written and saved next to each video, nothing is posted until you switch to Live.
